2010 Partners Conference
In November 2010 Circle held its annual Partners
conference. With a focus on professional leadership, a number
of masterclasses bought together speakers from the worlds of
health, business and beyond to address the specific leadership
challenges they face. The conference was run in partnership
with the Centre of Management Development at London Business
School, who offered world-class research and case-based insights
into leadership challenges.
Kaiser Permenante case study
Robert Pearl, Medical Director of Kaiser Permenante spoke about
the 10 points of leadership that Kaiser Permenante became famous
for as they pioneered clinical leadership in the USA.
