Mrs Jardine is a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon. She
sub-specialises in otology (ear surgery) and paediatrics and now
has substantial experience in all aspects of ear disease.
Having trained at The Royal National St Thomas, the SW Registrar
rotation and a Fellowship in Paediatric ENT and Otology in Sydney,
Mrs Jardine now works at the Royal United Hospital, Bath. Here she
has lead Clinical Governance, Risk Management and Paediatric ENT
and has also spent 5 years as clinical director of the
department.
Mrs Jardine is very passionate about medical, educational and
surgical training. For nine years she has taught on an
international ear surgery course at the Portmann institute in
France. Last year she was awarded the Dan Smith memorial prize for
the best Registrar trainer in the South West.
Privately, Mrs Jardine also works as part of the Bath ENT
specialist group. Working in this group allows Mrs Jardine to refer
to other specialists in her field, therefore maintaining the
sub-speciality expertise which enhances patient care.
