Professional profile
Mr Robinson is a specialist Foot and Ankle Surgeon with
extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of the whole
spectrum of foot and ankle conditions. He particularly focuses on
forefoot surgery, ankle arthritis, sports injuries and complex
trauma.
After initial surgical training at the Queen's Medical Centre,
Nottingham, he undertook orthopaedic training in Bristol and
performed a Trauma and Sports Injury Fellowship in Vancouver.
He was awarded the European Travelling Fellowship in Foot and
Ankle Surgery in 2005 and has trained under leading surgeons in
this field throughout the UK, Europe and North America.
He was appointed as Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Royal
United Hospital, Bath in 2005 and limits his elective practice
exclusively to dealing with foot and ankle problems.
Due to his highly specialised field of interest he is often sent
patients with complex problems for a second opinion. Mr Robinson is
passionate about achieving the best possible outcome for all his
patients.
