After graduating from Bristol University in 1983 she undertook
her postgraduate training in a number of hospitals in the South of
England including Portsmouth, Plymouth and Bristol.
She has now been a consultant Anaesthetist in Bath for over 11
years.

diamorphine versus intramuscular pethidine for analgesia in
labour'.
