Professional profile
Michael Radford is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon who
practices at CircleBath. He is a specialist in knee and sports
surgery with expertise in all forms of knee replacement,
arthroscopic surgery, cartilage repair and sports
reconstruction.
He qualified from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School
and undertook specialist Orthopaedic training on the prestigious
Oxford Rotation. He spend a year at North Sydney Orthopaedic
Sports Medicine Centre specialising in Knee Surgery.
Personal profile
Michael is very keen sportsman. He played waterpolo and rugby at
medical school but his interests have now turned to endurance
events. He has taken part in international cycling marathons and
also completed two ironman triathlons. Family allowing he enjoys
playing golf, tennis and sails.

Michael has been an active participant in the multi centred
international Active Trial to assess the results of pioneering
cartilage regeneration techniques.
He has presented and published both nationally and
internationally and is a medico legal expert witness covering
personal injuries.
