The best possible hospital experience at CircleBath or we'll reimburse you for what we didn't get right.

At CircleBath we are committed to giving you the best possible experience in our hospital and we put lots of time and effort into making sure that you do.  If you feel we aren't delivering a great experience for you, then please let us know and we will put it right straight away.  If not, then we'll reimburse you for what we didn't get right.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Our best experience guarantee is currently available to self-funding surgical patients only and as usual you will pay for the full cost of your treatment before it starts, in line with our normal terms & conditions
  2. Our best experience guarantee applies to your hospital experience of high quality hospital facilities, comfortable surroundings and caring hospitality
  3. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee clinical outcomes, as hospital treatment always carries a degree of risk, so please discuss your expectations thoroughly with your Consultant before deciding to proceed with treatment.  Our guarantee cannot apply to adverse or unsatisfactory clinical outcomes, as unfortunately no one can guarantee 100% success in any medical treatment.
  4. If you feel your hospital experience is not meeting your expectations, then please bring this to our attention straight away to give us an opportunity to put it right.  If it is within our control to put it right, but we are unable to do so, then you may claim against our best experience guarantee.  Unfortunately, we are unable to consider claims if you have not made us aware of the problem at the time and allowed us to try to put it right.
  5. Any claims must be made within 30 days of completing your treatment and must be made by you (the patient).  Please email our General Manager, Shelagh Meldrum at shelagh.meldrum@circlepartnership.co.uk including the date and detail of your claim plus who you spoke to about it at the time.
  6. We will review your claim with our panel of a senior nurse, senior clinician and a member of our patient group and respond within 14 days.  Any reimbursement will be paid back by the same method you paid us (e.g. if you paid on a credit card we will refund onto the same card).
  7. Our best experience guarantee currently applies to surgical treatments started before 31 December 2011 (excluding any outpatient procedures in treatment rooms) and we may withdraw this guarantee at any time.
  8. Our statutory rights are not affected by our guarantee and these terms and conditions are governed by English law.
