At CircleBath we take patient feedback seriously. Every
patient is asked three simple questions - What did we do well? What
could we do better? Would you recommend us to family and
friends? We regularly review the feedback throughout the
month in our clinical units and hospitality team and follow-up
actions are quickly implemented to improve your experience.
