Circle believe in giving power to the clinicians and staff who are closest to patients.  1200 of the 1700 hospital staff came together in four hour 'partnership sessions' to share their vision for their hospital's transformation.  They decided that their goal would be to become one of the top ten district general hospitals in the country by being the best in four areas: patient safety, patient experience, staff engagement and value for money.
