At our Nottingham NHS Treatment Centre we take patient feedback
seriously. Every patient is asked three simple questions:
What did we do well? , What could we have done better? and Would
you recommend the facility to family/friends?
In April 2012 we received feedback from 2531 visitors
to The Treatment Centre, when asked the three simple questions,

We regularly review the feedback throughout the month in our
clinical unit meetings and follow-up actions are quickly
implemented to improve your experience.
